Job summary

Magnora Data Center ASA is seeking a senior leader to drive strategy, project development and commercial activities for data center ventures across Europe, with a strong Nordic focus. You will orchestrate concepts, technology choices and deals to deliver tangible returns for customers and investors.

You will engage with hyperscalers and infrastructure partners, manage investment materials for the Board, and help originate new opportunities across Nordic and European markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Background from large-scale data center development and/or operations, or from M&A, Corporate Finance or Consulting work concerning this segment.
• Analytical, energetic, commercial, entrepreneurial and results-driven.
• Experience with investment cases, project development, negotiations and transactions.
• Fluent English and a Scandinavian language, written and spoken.
• High integrity, execution capability and full ownership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project concepts, technology choices and development.
• Build and maintain dialogues with hyperscalers, cloud providers, infrastructure companies, operators, municipalities, landowners, suppliers, and more.
• Prepare investment and divestment documents for top management and the Board.
• Origination: support the sourcing of new projects across Nordic and European markets.
