Job summary

Magnora Data Center in Oslo is seeking a seasoned finance leader to own the finance function, from planning through to reporting and capital management across five European countries. You will work closely with top management, project managers, accountants and auditors, reporting to the CFO, and drive the company’s financial architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in audit, accounting, controlling or finance in a listed company or project/infrastructure business.
• Background in data centers, real estate, energy, infrastructure or project finance is a plus.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with consolidation, group reporting and Norwegian GAAP understanding.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; Xledger experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English and a Scandinavian language (written and spoken).
• MSc or equivalent in finance, accounting or economics with strong academics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting for projects, operations and the Group.
• Oversee project controlling: budgets, capex, progress, capitalization and returns.
• Support financings and M&A, including due diligence, models, lender/investor materials.
• Define accounting policies, systems, routines, internal controls and contract assessments.
• Manage monthly close, group consolidation, management reporting, KPIs and board material.
• Ensure listed-company reporting: quarterly/annual reports, notes and disclosures; liaise with auditors.
