Job summary

Leap29 invites applications for an MEP Manager to lead multidisciplinary building services delivery on a major data-centre project in Oslo, Norway. Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary building-services delivery.
• Ability to coordinate design, construction and commissioning across packages.
• Strong interface management between MEP, CSA, controls, fire protection and IT infrastructure.
• Proven track record directing multiple contractors and disciplines.
• Understand design release, procurement, construction completion and commissioning readiness.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site coordination of MEP works with clear priorities for each package.
• Resolve interfaces between MEP, CSA, controls, fire-protection and IT infrastructure.
• Review drawings, specs and submissions for buildability and alignment with requirements.
• Set expectations with contractors, suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
• Track progress against master programme and challenge non-supporting plans.
• Identify risks early and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate approval, manufacture, delivery and readiness for long-lead equipment.
• Plan access, lifting, installation sequence and site logistics.
• Verify installations meet safety, quality and performance standards before testing.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to project leadership.
