Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical scope of data center projects. You will ensure design, installation and commissioning meet project requirements, while managing subcontractors, interfaces, progress and costs to deliver a safe, compliant and on-time handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical project or package management
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Experience with project management and construction software
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on data center projects
• Lead and supervise subcontractors and site teams
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and ensure adherence to drawings and specs
• Track progress, performance, and costs for the mechanical scope
• Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and support commissioning and handover
• Enforce safety standards and drive high quality delivery
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Support successful handover and commissioning activities
