Senior Electrical Lead - Data Centre Delivery

Job summary

CTS Group seeks an experienced Electrical Lead to own the electrical package on a major data centre project. The role spans design coordination, procurement, construction, energisation, commissioning and final handover, reporting to the Project Leadership Team.

You will drive electrical safety, quality and programme, coordinating with Design, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial and Client teams to ensure a fully operational handover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical project delivery experience.
• At least 5 years in Electrical Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong HV/MV/LV knowledge including transformers, switchgear and protection systems.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Fluent English in a demanding project environment.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of the electrical package throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead electrical management, engineering, supervision and subcontractor teams.
• Coordinate electrical design development with Design Manager and client representatives.
• Manage procurement, delivery and installation readiness for electrical systems and long-lead equipment.
• Lead energisation planning, commissioning coordination and handover to operations.
