Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring at a branch location to deliver outstanding customer service while processing loan applications and analyzing financial information for customers. You will proactively reach out to delinquent accounts and work to resolve issues, aiming to meet or exceed branch targets for product sales and service excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and staff.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems and presenting loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information for current and potential customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for products and services at the branch.
• Learn and apply Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer, process payments and deposits as required.
• May perform additional functions based on market demand and staffing.
