You will ensure transactions are accurate, compliant with AML/KYC and company policies, and help maintain a secure, organized branch environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and cash-handling skills, with previous retail or banking experience

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with money transfers, currency exchange, bill payments, and other financial services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with AML/KYC and company policies.
• Handle cash responsibly, including balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records.
• Promote Ria's products and services to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily reporting.
