Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marine or offshore industry, with proven success in service or sales functions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth across existing and new customers within the portfolio, achieving budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure regular customer and prospect visits aligned with KPIs; understand market needs.
• Develop and implement annual customer development plans for key accounts for sustainable growth.
• Report and analyze customer performance; keep CRM updated and coordinate with service coordinators and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage service delivery, follow up on complaints and non-conformities, and prepare annual budgets.
