Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager for a large-scale data centre project in Skien, Norway. You will manage Civil, Structural and Architectural packages from procurement through to completion and handover, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality standards.

Applicants should have a Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management background, with proven CSA package delivery on major projects and strong coordination and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing CSA packages on major construction projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical or high‑tech projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage CSA packages throughout the full project lifecycle from procurement to handover.
• Oversee civil, structural and architectural subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term construction programmes.
• Coordinate CSA activities with MEP, commissioning, design and commercial teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, progress and productivity.
• Review variations, payment applications and package forecasts.
• Lead progress and coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
