Are you an experienced CSA Design Manager looking to take technical ownership of the civil, structural and architectural design on one of Norway's largest new data centre developments?

Join an established international contractor delivering technically complex projects for leading global clients. Based in the Oslo office, you'll manage the CSA design process across a major data centre project, working closely with consultants, subcontractors, procurement teams and site delivery professionals.

You'll coordinate the design from early development through construction and handover, ensuring information is technically compliant, buildable and released in line with the project programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical design function, influence how a landmark project is delivered and progress towards Senior Design Manager, Project Design Director or wider technical leadership.

Your role as a CSA Design Manager will include:

• Managing the civil, structural and architectural design process
• Coordinating external consultants, specialist designers and subcontractors
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, calculations and technical submissions
• Managing design deliverables against the construction and procurement programmes
• Leading CSA design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings
• Ensuring designs are compliant, coordinated and suitable for construction

As a CSA Design Manager, you will need:

• Strong civil, structural or architectural design knowledge
