Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a CSA Lead for Norway on a contract basis. You will lead CSA construction activities for mission‑critical data centre projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and high quality delivery.

You’ll coordinate with subcontractors, monitor programme milestones, and drive issue resolution. You’ll work with MEP, Quality, Commissioning and Design teams to enable seamless integration, maintain reporting to stakeholders, and uphold project standards and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction, including programme and quality management.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders, with data centre experience highly desirable.
