Qualifications

• 10+ years in Construction Management in mission critical environments such as Data Centers or Industrial Infrastructure.
• Experience with data centers or industrial infrastructure and MEPT cross-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early phases (site acquisition/Greenfield) through Ready for Service milestones.
• Oversee integration of technical disciplines including high voltage power, cooling, and building automation.
• Be the primary client contact for stakeholders, authorities and utilities on grid connections.
• Own master schedule and budget to deliver complex technical packages with high reliability.
• Direct commissioning and transition into the technical whitespace, including rack installation and DCIM monitoring.

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high stakes mission Critical projects, responsible for the total technical coordination of new build data centers. You will be involved from the earliest phases of the build, bridging the gap between heavy civil construction and high density technical installations. Your role is to ensure that power, cooling, and automation systems are integrated seamlessly into the building’s structural design from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Early-Phase Leadership: Manage projects from site acquisition and "Greenfield" groundworks through to "Ready for Service" (RFS) milestones.
• Multi-Technical Coordination: Oversee the integration of all technical disciplines, including high voltage power, cooling systems (Liquid/Free Cooling), and advanced building automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, local authorities (zoning/permitting), and utility providers regarding grid connection.
• Project Governance: Own the master schedule and budget, ensuring that complex technical packages are delivered without compromising on the "zero-failure" mindset required for data centers.
• Commissioning & Whitespace: Lead the transition into the technical "Whitespace," overseeing the installation of racks, cable management, and DCIM monitoring systems.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: 10+ years in Construction Management, specifically within Mission Critical environments such as Data Centres or Industrial Infrastructure.
• Technical Breadth: Proven track record in "Total-technical" (MEP) projects, understanding the interplay between cooling, power, and civil works.
