Job summary

VitalEssence Spa is seeking a knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our Os, Norway team. You will provide technical assistance and support to clients both remotely and on-site, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks while training users to efficiently use systems and applications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, proven experience, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a computer support specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems (hardware, software, networks).
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with remote desktop applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
• Train clients on how to effectively use computer systems and software
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
