Job summary

MapleGroves in Oslo, Norway is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline technical assistance to clients and staff. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain computer systems, and help secure and optimize the company network.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, familiarity with Windows and Mac, and experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Join our team to solve problems and ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, Windows & Mac OS, TCP/IP networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
