Qualifications

• Experience from sales, customer development, logistics, transport, shipping, or a related industry.
• A commercial mindset and interest in developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships across Central Norway.
• Identify new opportunities and help customers find efficient transport and logistics solutions.
• Promote cargo transportation services on the Coastal Route with Hurtigruten and Havila.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and bring new customers onboard.
• Keep track of opportunities and customer activities in our CRM system.
• Represent Nor Lines at customer meetings and industry events.
