GE HealthCare is seeking a CAPA Leader to drive timely, high-quality QMS record outcomes across sites and departments within the PDx network. The role emphasizes project management, lean methods, and structured problem solving to protect patient safety and ensure regulatory compliance.

The CAPA Leader will lead CAPA Review Boards, oversee data analysis and trending, and partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Regulatory Affairs to deliver robust quality decisions and

Competenze

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Significant Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering experience in a regulated industry
Experience with CAPA/Deviation/Change Control processes
Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage audits

Mansioni

Ensure all areas of the QMS are analyzed and evaluated for input to the QMS record
Manage execution of the QMS records with project management and lean methodologies
Lead CAPA Review Boards with site leadership to address risks
Own site trending and data analysis for CAPA/Deviation/Change Control inputs
Coach and develop others in the organization as an individual contributor
