Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced QAQC Manager to assume overall responsibility for Quality Assurance and Quality Control across a large-scale data center construction project. The role sits on the project leadership team and ensures a compliant, audit-ready handover by implementing the quality management system.

You will lead a multidisciplinary QAQC team and work closely with Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, and Client Quality teams to drive a strong quality culture and successful

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of QAQC experience on large construction projects.
• Proven experience as QAQC Lead or Quality Manager on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Fluent English; Finnish skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in line with standards and client requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for all quality-related matters on the project.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate the QAQC team and set objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
• Review and approve ITPs and quality procedures; monitor NCRs and corrective actions.
• Oversee handover readiness, punch lists, and as-built documentation.
