Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC CSA Supervisor to lead on-site quality assurance and control for a large-scale data center project. The role reports to the QA/QC Manager and requires coordinating with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to achieve top-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering or related degree, 5+ years QA/QC experience, and at least 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, AISC, BS and EN standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day QA/QC activities for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and QA/QC documentation.
• Raise and monitor NCRs and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Support external audits and client inspections and ensure timely close-out of actions.
