Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Campus HSE Manager to support the delivery of a 216MW hyperscale data centre campus in Stavanger, Norway. You will provide client-side HSE assurance across the construction programme, working closely with the principal contractor and project team to ensure high safety standards throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• HSE oversight in client-side, consultancy or major project environment.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian construction HSE requirements.
• Experience working with principal contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-side HSE assurance across construction activities.
• Monitor the principal contractor’s management of HSE during the execution phase.
• Monitor, manage and report against key HSE KPIs.
• Provide HSE oversight across the project team.
• Manage safety considerations such as rotations, fatigue, winter driving and inductions.
• Issue HSE instructions within delegated authority and elevate serious matters.
• Exercise stop-work authority where required.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the campus in collaboration with project teams.
