Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a Campus Director to lead a major 216MW hyperscale data centre campus in Stavanger, Norway, with construction due to commence in early 2027. You will act as the primary interface with the client and provide leadership across multiple projects, disciplines and delivery partners.

The role requires senior on-site leadership, ownership of the delivery plan and governance, and strong stakeholder management with the client and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large client-side or PMC delivery teams of 30+ people.
• Strong knowledge of complex data centre construction and programme delivery.
• Excellent senior stakeholder and leadership capabilities.
• Professional fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Owner’s Representative or Engineer experience under FIDIC-based contracts.
• Experience delivering and handing over facilities to hyperscale operators

• Lead the safe, on-programme and high-quality delivery of the campus.
• Own the integrated campus delivery plan, governance and reporting.
• Lead Project Directors, project management and functional leads.
• Manage senior relationships with the client, principal contractor and delivery partners.
• Oversee HSE performance, risk, programme and key project interfaces.
• Manage senior-level escalations and decisions within delegated authority.
• Lead campus readiness, handover and project close-out.

The Opportunity

As the senior lead on site, you will have overall accountability for Accenture Construct’s delivery, acting as the primary interface with the client and providing leadership across multiple projects, disciplines and delivery partners.
