CTS Group is seeking an experienced Project HSE Lead to guide all health, safety and environmental activities on a hyperscale Data Centre project in Fyresdal, Norway. The role requires hands-on site leadership, collaboration with subcontractors and client representatives, and a strong focus on proactive safety culture.

The successful candidate will lead HSE across the project, ensuring compliance with procedures and local legislation while mentoring the site HSE team and driving continuous

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC or ISO 45001 qualification.
• 5–8 years' Project HSE Lead experience in construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Experience leading HSE on large-scale construction or Data Centre projects.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the project.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures and local legislation.
• Provide leadership to the wider site HSE team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Report safety performance and coordinate with project teams and client representatives.
