Job summary

CTS Group is looking for three experienced HSE Advisors (Data Centres) to join its growing team on hyperscale Data Centre projects in Kvandal North, Norway. You will promote the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across site operations.

This hands-on, site-based role requires close collaboration with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with procedures and local legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification desirable.
• 3–5 years' experience in a site-based HSE role within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Experience carrying out site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Ability to deliver inductions, toolbox talks and engage positively with site teams.
• Fluent English essential; knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable.
