Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the client-side delivery of a 216MW hyperscale data centre campus in Stavanger, Norway. You will mobilise, coordinate CSA, MEP, planning, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule and quality from mobilisation through final handover.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a 30MW+ data centre building to handover.
• Proven record leading main or principal contractors on large builds.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian building regulations.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proven programme, quality, HSE and stakeholder capabilities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential.
• Experience handing over facilities to hyperscale operators.
• Knowledge of FIDIC or NS 8407 contracts.
• Exposure to MEP and commissioning activities.
• Experience leading blended teams including partner staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-side leadership and accountability from mobilisation to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, planning, commissioning and completions.
• Drive HSE performance and assure safety by the principal contractor.
• Own the client-side programme and protect milestones with recovery plans when needed.
• Oversee quality and ensure non-conformances are closed.
• Manage interfaces across design, equipment delivery, commissioning, logistics and power.
• Handle project risks, changes, instructions and escalations within authority.
• Lead reporting, readiness reviews, floor acceptance and final handover.
