The Opportunity

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Campus HSE Manager to support the delivery of a major 216MW hyperscale data centre campus in Stavanger, Norway.

Working client-side, you will provide HSE assurance across the construction programme, working closely with the principal contractor, client representatives and wider project team to ensure high standards of safety throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client-side HSE assurance across construction activities.


• Monitor the principal contractor’s management of HSE responsibilities during the execution phase.


• Monitor, manage and report against key HSE KPIs.


• Provide HSE oversight and assurance across the Accenture Construct project team.


• Manage safety considerations associated with rotations, fatigue, winter driving and site inductions.


• Issue HSE instructions within delegated authority and elevate serious matters appropriately.


• Exercise stop-work authority where required.


• Work closely with the wider project and contractor teams to promote a strong safety culture across the campus.

Ideally you will bring:

• Strong HSE experience across large-scale construction, infrastructure or industrial projects.


• Experience providing HSE oversight within a client-side, consultancy or major project environment.


• Strong understanding of Norwegian construction HSE requirements.


• Experience working alongside principal contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.


• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.


• Professional fluency in Norwegian and English.


• Previous experience within hyperscale data centres or mission-critical construction.


• Experience working on complex, multi-phase construction programmes in Norway.
