Job summary

Clarion Hotel Oslo, part of the Strawberry group, is seeking a Banquet Waiter who enjoys delivering attentive service and has a passion for food to create memorable experiences for guests.

You will record orders, deliver meals, handle dietary requests, and maintain team communication in a fast-paced banquet setting. This is an extra-help position with varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a restaurant or banquet.
• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great experiences.
• Good communicator with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and handling stress.

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording customer orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensuring they are communicated correctly to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring they are served at the correct temperature, and checking that everything is to the customer's satisfaction.
• Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
