Job summary

Clarion Hotel Oslo, part of Strawberry, is seeking Banquet Waiters to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our banquet events. You will record orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely service with attention to detail. Join a dynamic team that values quality hospitality and teamwork.

Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required for this extra-help role. Prior experience in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred, and a proactive, calm demeanor will help

As a part of our Banquet Team you excel in customer service, have a passion for food and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a passionate and talented person to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately recording customer orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensuring they are communicated correctly to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring they are served at the correct temperature, and checking that everything is to the customer's satisfaction.
• Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.

This is a extrahelp position with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
