Job summary

Clarion Hotel Oslo is seeking a Banquet Waiter to join our Banquet Team. You will deliver food and beverages with precise service, attend to dietary requests, and help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a premium, vibrant setting.

We value experienced restaurant or banquet staff who are flexible, reliable, and excellent communicators. You’ll work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, contributing to a high-standard hospitality environment within the Strawberry group.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a restaurant or banquet.
• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great experiences.
• Good communicator with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and handling stress.

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording customer orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensuring they are communicated correctly to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring they are served at the correct temperature, and checking that everything is to the customer's satisfaction.
• Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
