Job summary

Unique X, Bergen-based software leader in theatrical movie industry, is hiring a Sales Lead Generation Specialist. You will generate sales leads across 104 countries, design emails and social content, and automate campaigns in HubSpot, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

You will own the top of the funnel and hand warm leads to technical sales. You will write and design multilingual content, test channels, and manage localization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a comparable B2B lead generation or sales development role.
• Hands-on HubSpot or equivalent CRM and marketing automation experience.
• Proven ability to plan multi-touch campaigns with measurable results.
• Design capability to produce professional emails, social content, and web materials.
• Excellent written English; comfortable making first contact by phone.
• Right to work in Norway; ability to localize content for markets.
• Experience in cinema, media, or entertainment tech-or related B2B software.
• Second language relevant to markets and localization experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target account maps across territories.
• Plan, build and run outbound email campaigns and social content.
• Design email and social assets following brand guidelines.
• Develop marketing automation in HubSpot with workflows and scoring.
• Make first contact by email/phone and qualify leads.
• Localize materials for target markets; support trade-show campaigns.
• Report on campaign and event outcomes; hand warm leads to sales.
