Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Norway seeks a proactive facilities coordinator to manage daily building operations and support services. You will oversee maintenance, inspections, supplier coordination, and workplace support to keep our sites running smoothly.

You will also manage budgets and contracts, ensure safety and compliance, maintain critical documentation, and act as the primary contact for tenants and stakeholders, coordinating enquiries and services with a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Extensive experience in administration and office management with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, inspections, supplier coordination, office facilities, and workplace support.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and supplier performance, including procurement, invoices, lease obligations, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and risk management with regulatory, HSE, fire safety and security requirements.
• Administer access control and critical documentation: keys, IDs, visitor access and contract records.
• Provide administrative and stakeholder support; act as main contact for tenants and coordinate building-related inquiries.
