Job summary

CHC Helicopter Service AS based in Stavanger/Sola is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Part-145 organisation in Norway and act as the nominated EASA Part-145 Postholder, ensuring compliance with all maintenance approvals and regulations.

You will lead a skilled maintenance workforce across bases, driving safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain NCAA Part-145 Postholder approval.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and Norwegian CAA regulations.
• Proven leadership in aviation maintenance.
• Excellent communication in Norwegian and English.
• Ability to manage change and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance workforce.
