Job summary

CHC Helicopter Service AS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the Part-145 organisation in Norway and to fulfil the duties of the nominated EASA Part-145 Postholder in Stavanger/Sola. The role focuses on leading a skilled maintenance workforce, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across bases.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and KPIs, and work closely with Supply Chain to maintain aircraft availability and readiness

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain NCAA approval as EASA Part-145 Postholder.
• Strong working knowledge of EASA and Norwegian CAA regulations.
• Proven leadership and people management experience in aviation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance workforce.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
