Job summary

Comfort Hotel Runway in Oslo is seeking a Barception Supervisor to lead a 10-person team in a 24/7 operation. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide local tips while maintaining the hotel’s urban, friendly vibe. You will empower your colleagues and uphold the guest promise, with sustainability at the core.

The role is permanent at 80% with a start date to be agreed, offering staff discounts and growth within the Strawberry group.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house leadership experience preferred in hospitality.
• Strong guest focus with a warm, no-nonsense approach.
• Experience coordinating a team across shifts and duties.
• Knowledge of local area and community connections is a plus.
• Responsible and sustainability-minded actions in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach and set the tone.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries smoothly.
• Support guests with local tips and insider recommendations.
• Keep the Barception buzzing with energy and teamwork.
• Assist the team and follow Comfort rules and guest promises.
• Integrate sustainability into daily operations and decisions.
• Receive job instructions from Barception Manager.
