FLO AS is seeking an Assistant Brewer at Sollihøgda, just outside Oslo, to join our production team. This hands-on role covers brewing, blending, process monitoring, cleaning equipment and keeping accurate batch records.

You will work closely with Brewers, learning the full beverage production process and gaining on‑the‑job training. Prior food/beverage experience helps, but reliable and curious candidates will be trained.

Qualifications

• Education in brewing, beverage production, food science or food technology is an advantage.
• Hands-on training available on the full beverage production process.

Responsabilités

• Assist in brewing and blending, weighing ingredients and monitoring equipment.
• Record production data and maintain accurate batch records.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and follow hygiene, safety and PPE procedures.
• Support Brewers and assist with filling, packaging and other production tasks.
