FLO is seeking an Assistant Brewer to join our Sollihøgda production team just outside Oslo. This hands-on role offers learning opportunities in a fast-paced beverage production environment. You’ll work closely with Brewers and contribute to the full production process, from ingredients to batch records.

Qualifications

• Experience in food or beverage production is helpful, but not required.
• Reliable, curious and eager to learn.
• Able to stand, lift and move ingredients and containers of various weights.
• Willing to work in a hands-on production environment and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with brewing and blending according to recipes and SOPs.
• Monitor production data such as temperature, pH, and carbonation levels.
• Clean and sanitize vessels and equipment, including CIP procedures.
• Support brewing team with daily tasks and assist with packaging when needed.
