Job summary

FLO AS is expanding its production team at the countryside facility outside Oslo. The role involves hands-on brewing operations, quality control, carbonation, filtration, kegging, and CIP, all while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Formal education in brewing, beverage production, food science, or related field.
• Some practical experience from a brewery or production environment is preferred.
• Technically minded, hands-on, with emphasis on hygiene and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute brewing processes according to recipes and SOPs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Perform quality control using equipment and documented procedures.
• Manage carbonation, kegging, filtration, and CIP as required.
• Record and update production data in the ERP system Odoo.
• Support packaging operations and collaborate with production colleagues.
