Job summary

FLO AS is seeking a hands-on production teammate for our Oslo-area brewery. You’ll join a growing team and help drive quality, cleanliness and continuous improvement on the brewing line.

Reporting to Head of Production, you will execute brewing processes, conduct QA tests, manage carbonation, kegging, CIP, and record production data in Odoo. The role suits someone with brewing education or practical production experience and a practical mindset.

Qualifications

• Formal education in brewing, beverage production, food science or related field.
• Some practical brewing or production experience is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Brewing operations: execute recipes and procedures with quality focus.
• Quality control: perform tests using standard equipment.
• Carbonation: manage and tune beverage carbonation to specifications.
• Kegging & filtration: operate related equipment to meet standards.
• Cleaning & sanitation: perform CIP on production equipment.
• Production data: accurately record data in Odoo ERP.
• Packaging support and cross‑team collaboration.
