Job summary

FLO AS is seeking an Assistant Brewer to join our Sollihøgda production team near Oslo. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, pays attention to details and wants to learn the craft of beverage production.

You'll work closely with Brewers, assisting with weighing ingredients, monitoring production, cleaning equipment and keeping batch records. Training is provided, and we look for reliable, curious teammates ready to grow with FLO.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing, beverage production, or food science is an advantage but not required.
• Able to stand, walk, lift and move ingredients and containers of different weights.
• Strong attention to hygiene and following procedures.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weighing and preparing ingredients and operate production equipment.
• Monitor production data and maintain accurate batch records.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and carry out CIP procedures.
• Support Brewers and other production activities as needed.
