Job summary

FLO AS, based at our production facility outside Oslo, is looking for a hands-on brewer to execute brewing processes, handle quality control, carbonation, kegging and filtration. You will also perform CIP and maintain accurate records in Odoo ERP, contributing to a growing production team.

Qualifications

• Education in brewing, beverage production, food science, or a related field.
• Practical experience from a brewery or similar production environment is preferred.
• Ability to use quality testing equipment (e.g., Anton Paar Alcolyzer, pH/DO/CO2 meters) and Odoo ERP.
• Legal right to live and work in Norway.
• Access to a car is strongly recommended due to the rural location.

Responsibilities

• Execute brewing processes according to recipes and established procedures, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Perform quality testing using equipment such as the Anton Paar Alcolyzer, pH meters, DO meters and CO2 devices.
• Manage carbonation to achieve desired specifications.
• Operate kegging and filtration equipment to meet high standards.
• Carry out CIP procedures for tanks, hoses, and equipment according to SOPs.
• Record and update production data in the ERP system Odoo.
• Support packaging operations when required and collaborate with production colleagues.
