Job summary

IFS is seeking a Technical Presales Architect to guide enterprise customers in defining, designing, and adopting modern business platforms powered by IFS Cloud, Industrial AI, and related technologies. You will act as the trusted technical advisor through architecture, security, deployment, and AI capabilities to deliver long-term business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Presales, Solution/Enterprise Architecture, or customer-facing tech roles.
• Experience designing and presenting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Strong enterprise architecture, cloud, APIs, and security knowledge.
• Familiar with AI technologies, LLMs, AI orchestration, and practical enterprise AI use cases.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts to business value and present to CIOs and execs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with customers and partners.
• Design architectures aligning business needs with IFS Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Advise on platform architecture, integration patterns, security, identity, and deployment models.
• Guide customers through SaaS, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and regulated environments.
• Show how AI and automation improve productivity, decisions, and outcomes.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate solution design and prototyping.
• Engage with security, data governance, and risk stakeholders to enable decisions.
• Partner with executives to evaluate technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Act as technical lead in strategic sales cycles and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to shape strategy and innovation.
• Lead technical responses including architecture reviews and PoCs.
