Job summary

Tieto Banktech is seeking a Presale Manager to join our International, Home and Global Sales and Business Development team. You will craft compelling narratives, translate needs into end-to-end architectures, and identify AI-enabled banking use cases to drive growth and modernization.

You will guide architecture discussions, advise on SaaS and cloud deployment options, and lead RFIs/RFPs with cross-functional stakeholders. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or enterprise software inside financial technology.
• Proven ability to manage RFP/RFI processes and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong banking product knowledge and AI-enabled banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop compelling solution narratives by engaging with banks to uncover needs and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Translatecustomer needs into differentiated end-to-end architectures aligned with services and strategy.
• Identify AI-enabled use cases and assess value, feasibility, and readiness across banking domains.
• Shape architectures that integrate AI with digital banking platforms and core banking systems.
• Advise on legacy modernization toward SaaS, microservices, API ecosystems, and cloud deployments.
• Lead development and presentation of narratives, demos, and proofs of concept with clear business value.
• Act as a trusted solution architect addressing customer requirements and showcasing value.
• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, coordinating bid documentation and timelines.
