Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands seeks a Fleet Coordinator to manage the BYD vehicle fleet, from registration and compliance to daily usage and maintenance. You will ensure roadworthy vehicles, handle registrations, insurance, and cost tracking, while coordinating with employees and cross-functional teams.

Fluent English is required; Dutch or Chinese language skills are a plus. A valid driving license and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle operations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Chinese is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle registration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Manage employee vehicle allocations, replacements and usage.
• Coordinate pool car operations, scheduling and maintenance.
• Prepare monthly fleet cost reports and data for management.
• Ensure safety and compliance of BYD fleet and incidents.
