Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp seeks an Accounts Support Assistant to be the day-to-day contact for BYD's after-sales platforms across Europe. You will manage support tickets, maintain accurate account/vehicle/contract data, and coordinate with BYD HQ in China.

You will also work with Service Digitalization and IT to ensure new tools fit actual workflows. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a support role, strong data skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience in a support or service desk role.
• Strong data entry and contract reading skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Chinese a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle support tickets for after-sales platforms from first response to closure, keeping users informed.
• Manage user accounts: create new accounts, setup access rights, resolve login issues.
• Keep vehicle information up to date in platforms and correct data errors.
• Enter contract information from signed contracts and verify against source documents.
• Support internal handover processes from Sales to After Sales for timely data delivery.
• Act as the liaison with BYD HQ in China for ticket resolution and follow up to closure.
• Assist other teams when new platforms/features roll out: testing, onboarding, documentation.
