You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and support safety and compliance, while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture across the Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• A degree or experience in administration, facilities support, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or office management.
• Experience in event management (professional or informal).
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and helpdesk tickets.
• Set up rooms and catering for company events.
• Liaise with suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee local workplace spending and purchase orders.
• Maintain fleet and energy data for efficient operations.
• Manage site Slack, email, and internal communications.
• Support health, safety & security compliance.
• Collaborate with local landlords and vendors.
