Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Workday modules.
• Strong experience with Workday implementation (HCM Core, Talent, Compensations, Recruitment onboarding and time management).
• Hands-on experience in Workday configurations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Define testing objectives based on business needs.
• Produce testing reports and metrics.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on testing progress.
