Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Product Systems Specialist for a client in Amsterdam. This freelance role requires KVK/ZZP and deep knowledge of recruitment technology, including Workday Recruitment, Paradox, HiredScore, and related integrations.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, deploy systems, and drive adoption while aligning with HR SMEs, IT, and vendors. GDPR, SOX compliance, and secure architecture are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across recruitment platforms including: Workday (Recruitment), Paradox, HiredScore; lead requirements gathering, design, and deployment.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and sign-off on technical requirements.
• Oversee integrations and downstream system impacts.
• Ensure GDPR, SOX, IT Security, and architectural standards compliance.
• Collaborate with People Technology teams to align with the People Systems roadmap.
• Support vendor management (e.g., Greenhouse, Eightfold AI and partners).
• Mentor junior specialists and drive continuous improvement.

Role

Salt is currently hiring a Product specialist for a client of ours in Amsterdam. Role is for a freelancer with KVK/ZZP. The Product Systems Specialist is a subject matter expert in recruitment technology, responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, system deployment, and adoption. The role partners with HR SMEs, Process Owners, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and strategically aligned talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across recruitment platforms including: Workday (Recruitment) Paradox HiredScore Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment activities.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and sign-off on technical requirements.
• Oversee integrations and downstream system impacts.
