Workday Test Lead

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: Onsite – Amsterdam, Netherlands

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Workday Test Lead to manage and execute testing activities for a global Workday implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday modules and testing methodologies, ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts across Workday implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to define and execute test strategies.
• Develop test plans, maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and ensure comprehensive coverage of functionalities.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Prepare and present testing reports, metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights on testing progress and risks.
• Hands‑on experience in Workday configurations (preferred).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Workday modules.
• Proven experience in Workday implementation across HCM Core, Talent, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Time Management.
• Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
