Job summary

A leading tech recruitment firm is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter for a 6-month contract based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday implementation (HCM Core, Talent, Compensations, Recruitment onboarding and time management).
• Hands-on experience in Workday configurations (preferred).

• Strong background in global Workday implementations with the ability to lead testing efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery
• 10+ Yrs of experience in Workday modules.
• Strong experience with workday implementation (HCM Core, Talent, Compensations, Recruitment onboarding and time management) is must.
• Collaborate with the internal team and implementation partners to develop and execute test strategies, ensuring the quality, functionality, and alignment of Workday applications with business requirements
• Work closely with functional teams and business users to define testing objectives based on business needs

• Ability to create and execute test plans, and maintain a traceability matrix (RTM) to map Workday requirements to test cases, ensuring all functionalities are tested during the implementation
• Ability to produce testing reports and metrics
