Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions in Amsterdam is looking for an experienced Workday Functional Engineer to join the Workday Practice. You will configure and optimize Workday Core HCM, support global HR processes, and ensure data integrity and security.

You will collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective Workday solutions, manage organizational hierarchies, and create insightful reports using Workday Report Writer. Hybrid work in the Netherlands is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Understanding of organizational structures, job profiles, positions and business processes.
• Familiarity with the Workday security model, domains and access control.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Engineer with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM to join the Workday Practice. The role will focus on configuration, maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and support of Workday Core HCM functionality while supporting global HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including organizations, job profiles, positions, and supervisory structures.
• Configure business processes for hire, termination, transfer, and other HCM events.
• Configure eligibility rules for compensation, benefits, and other HCM processes.
• Design and maintain organizational hierarchies and supervisory structures.
• Perform regular audits of HCM data and business processes.
• Update Workday configurations during organizational changes and annual HR cycles.
• Maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies.
• Troubleshoot HCM workflows, data integrity, and security access issues.
• Create custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of Workday HCM processes.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.
