Job summary

Eswelt (part of Vibe Group) is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to support an international organization in Zuid-Holland. The role requires broad Workday knowledge and the ability to align HR IT with business needs.

You will lead functional workstreams, coach junior consultants, and act as a functional lead within the Workday team. The start is by November 2026, with a 6-month duration and 32-40 hours per week at a market-competitive rate.

• Extensive experience as a Workday Consultant.
• Broad functional knowledge across multiple Workday modules.
• Strong understanding of the wider HR-IT landscape.
• Fluent English.
