Job summary

VirtualResource is seeking an experienced Workday Learning Lead/Architect to drive the design and implementation of learning solutions across client environments in the Netherlands. You will serve as the primary SME, lead workshops, and guide governance to ensure scalable, compliant training programs that improve employee development and business outcomes.

The role requires strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, deep knowledge of Workday Learning, and hands-on experience guiding

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workday Learning Lead or Architect.
• Experience leading Workday Learning workstreams through full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Learning & Development, compliance training and employee enablement.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Workday Learning solutions.
• Consulting, client-facing experience in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and architecture of Workday Learning implementations and enhancements.
• Acting as the primary functional SME for Workday Learning.
• Facilitating client workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Advising clients on best practices and industry trends in Workday Learning.
• Designing scalable, sustainable learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Supporting configuration teams with design guidance and governance.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and providing trusted advisory services.
• Conducting solution reviews, fit-gap analyses and optimisation assessments.
• Supporting testing, deployment, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Assisting clients with learning content management and compliance training.
• Keeping current with Workday Learning product enhancements and roadmap developments.
